How to Schedule Service Online

We organized step-by-step guidance for customers interested in scheduling services online. Reference these steps when scheduling:

• Access the Online Service Scheduling System – the online service scheduler is designed for convenient repeat use by saving pertinent appointment details, including contact information, phone, email, VIN, and service confirmation number. Customers that have scheduled service online before can access the system by entering these details. Those that have never scheduled online before will select – I am a new customer.
• Vehicle Information – Enter the 17-character vehicle identification number or manually select the details, including make, year, model, transmission, engine, and drivetrain. Remember also to enter the current odometer reading for factory-scheduled maintenance services provided in the next step.
• Service – Customers can enter concerns about the specific service needed or simply choose the factory-scheduled maintenance desired. The factory-scheduled maintenance list is populated according to the miles entered in the previous step. Select the required service and be sure to provide any additional comments in the open dialogue box at the bottom.
• Appointment Day/Time – Select the ideal day and time for the service from the appointment availability calendar. Customers can see the available appointments according to morning, afternoon, or evening if needed. Customers will also select transportation requirements at the top by choosing to wait for service at the dealership, have a ride, or need to make arrangements for a shuttle ride.
• Contact Details, Review & Confirm – first-time users will enter name and contact information. You will also notice that the service details are listed for review. Be sure to review the service details, make changes as needed, and book the service by clicking – confirm appointment. We will contact you shortly regarding any questions or comments entered.
